Short UFO fact: [Holloman Air Force Base (also known as Elmendorf), New Mexico, is the site, it is claimed, were in the Spring of 1964 3 UFOs landed at the base and the bases commander went out and communicated with one of the aliens. The whole event was apparently filmed. Several prominent film producers and UFO researchers have reported that they have been shown the above film in the early 1970's. They were told that they would be able to use this film in a UFO documentary that the Government wanted them to make. The Government at the time wanted to slowly inform the public that UFOs were real and interplanetary. The end sequence of the Oscar winning 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind' was apparently 'extremely' close to the events that happened at Holloman. (In the film Dr J. Allen Hynek was the individual who greeted the aliens at the end).]

Short UFO fact: [HYPNOTIC REGRESSION is a theory that everything you see and hear is stored into the subconscious memory, and that it is possible to recount experiences via the use of hypnotic regression, in which the person is sent into a trance and re-enacts the experience. However, such a tool is very unreliable since they could be thinking about something else or mix two different experiences together. Another problem with hypnotic regression is interpreting what is recounted. An unprepared hypnotist can actually plant the thought into the subject of a UFO experience or an alien abduction. ]
