All the car's dashboard gauges dropped to zero, and headlights and dashboard lights flickered, and went off for one second, then came back on again. The driver feels the engine may have stalled momentarily. He also felt a twinge like an electric shock. Scared, they accelerated away with the car now behaving normally.]
